My profil

My name is Solomiia, and I am 28 years old. I am from Ukraine. I arrived in France in February 2022 as the war started in my motherland.

I had in my mind a long time ago to study in France. I am very lucky because I received a scholarship from ICN Business School. It was one of my dreams.

As of now, I am studying International Business Development at ICN Business School in Nancy Campus. For the moment, I moved to the Île-de-France region as I have an internship in an international beauty company based in Paris as an IPM Colour Luxury buyer.

My academic background

I graduated with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with a specialization in Engineering technologies of milk-meat and perfume-cosmetics products from the National University of food technologies located in Kyiv, Ukraine. After my study, I worked in purchasing and marketing departments.

I choose to study in France because of the high level and worldwide well-known education.

After graduation, I have plans to build an international career.

My interests

Since my childhood, I have been a creative personality. When I was 6 years old, I started to play the piano and take classes in professional singing in Musical school. In my free time, I like to visit exhibitions, play the piano, sing songs in karaoke, and visit museums, concerts and theatres.

Also, my big passion is travelling. From time to time I like to discover new cities, and countries and meet new people from around the world. An interesting fact about me is that I have a dream to visit all the countries in the world.

My role as an e-Ambassador

My role as an E-Ambassador is to share my student experience in France. With big enthusiasm I hope my knowledge of different topics such as solving all the administration staff, tips for finding an internship without speaking the French language, combining job and study processes at the same time, and discovering interesting places in Paris and Nancy, can curios prospective students from around the world to study in the most romantic and beautiful country.
